Double R&P, an American restaurant nestled in Westville, OK, is making waves among food lovers with its impressive menu and warm atmosphere. Patrons rave about the standout dishes, particularly the homemade biscuits and gravy, which are crafted with care—perfectly soft yet sturdy enough to hold the rich sausage gravy. Customers like Joshua Cain note the exceptional flavor and texture, and this attention to detail is echoed throughout the reviews. Steak lovers are also in for a treat, with a filet that Kristen Mize describes as tender and flavorful, ranking among the best she has encountered. It's evident that the restaurant takes pride in serving high-quality meats, with Keith Gray emphasizing their reputation as home to the best steaks and burgers in Adair County. My wife and I were on an impromptu motorcycle ride with no destination in mind we got hungry and picked this place off the resturaunt tab of the map app it was the closest and it did not disappoint. The prices were reasonable food was great and service was pleasant and quick! Home town atmosphere and charm. it’s great!

I ordered the biscuits and gravy with two biscuits and a side of bacon. The biscuits on the plate, perfectly separated and covered in gravy, were really good. The biscuits are made from scratch and this shows in the flavor and texture, soft, but at the same time firm enough to stand up to the gravy. These are among some of the better biscuits I have had. The gravy is quite good as well, It is a sausage gravy, and the care they show in cooking shines through. The atmosphere is pleasant and invites conversation with whoever you are eating with. Would and will happily come back for more.

I've had several different steaks at many different restaurants in many states. I had the filet (my top pick in steaks), and it was so tender and flavorful. It was almost falling apart because it was so tender! This place definitely won me over!! It's the top 3 of the best places to get a steak that I've been to, by far!! I live in Rogers and it was totally worth the drive. I will be going back at least once or twice a month. I loved it, and the atmosphere was awesome too!

If you’re looking for the next “hidden gem” location, I recommend giving this place a try. It feels like it’s literally in the middle of no where which makes it unique. When you pull up, it looks like an old gas station (they even have the old gas pumps which I believe still work). When you walk in, it’s like walking into Narnia as there are so many different options. On the left-hand side, you have your convenience store with gas station food options. On the right is the main restaurant. In the back you have a boutique and a gun shop. Focusing mainly on the restaurant, they are known for their steaks. Every time I’ve been, the steaks have been cooked to perfection. They typically have a special that includes a large steak (12oz – 15oz), two sides and a salad for 25. Their bread they bring out is excellent and the cinnamon butter is even better. They can accommodate large parties as well (we had 13 people in our party and was able to sit everyone at the big, large round table.) The boutique is more country chic but has some neat items. If you’re like my family who is always looking to try a new “Freeze-Dried” Candy, they sell it here. Also, the gun shop is cool. The workers are very knowledgeable and will be happy to answer any questions you have. Their prices are competitive, and they will take care of you. Overall, if you’re looking to fill your belly with some good steak, buy a new gun, try some freeze-dried candy, or buy your lady some country decor at the boutique, then this is your place. Give it a try.

The steak was amazing! I ordered the 16 ounce ribeye steak, but I think it was larger than that and a baked potato with steamed vegetables; however, I got buttered corn. Anyways, the corn was good, too! This was the best "gas station" food I've ever had!

Great place to eat and shop. I suggest the steaks or burgers but will return for more options. Interesting place unlike any other place I've been to so far! Go check it out!
